Hello Lovelies! Today was Quadriceps, Shoulders, Hamstrings, Lower Back and Abs day! I got the job! I’m giving my notice today at my current job! I mean I got the offer last Friday but I just haven’t had the time/brain space to post about it or my training sessions. GOOD BYE CLOPENINGS with less than 12 hours in between!! Woop woop! When I let the practitioners know that I was giving my two weeks they were happy for me but sad for themselves because they said they all think I do a great job here. I’m sad to leave them however I couldn’t pass up the opportunity I was given. I’m so excited and can’t wait to get started in the new year. It will be a new year and a new beginning. I had fun talking with my friends on Discord while training this morning but I feel like I need to not do that next time to stay focused on what I’m doing. I did keep to my slow counts though and I hope I am encouraging my friends and others to make healthier decisions that will affect their life in a positive way :D. I had some trouble with my balance on the Single Leg Deadlifts both with the loop and with the dumbbells but I got through them ^^; Thank you for all the love and encouragement, friends. I’m so excited I may actually get stuck in a mental loop of overstimulation and have a legitimate manic episode.

Hello Lovelies! Today was Shoulders, Hamstrings, Triceps and Glutes day! I’m still doing slow counts because I like torturing myself and feeling my muscles burn and scream at me lol. I did them for all but the Dumbbell Shrugs and the Resistance Loop Mountain Climbers because I went a little heavier and on the latter and; omg doing those Dumbbell Shrugs felt super weird. I think I might stay away from them for now or at least choose a lighter load for that movement. I woke up early around 4:50 AM but I dunno what it I know I’m limited on time when I clopen but I was still just bumming around on my phone so I had to move a little faster than I wanted to so I could get ready for work on time ^^; Thank you for all the love and encouragement, friends.
